I have been advised that I shouldn’t fly anymore, so have packed away my broomstick
and now take cruises instead. Most enjoyable and much less hassle, I must say!
One of the things that I have discovered that happens on cruise ships is that some people hide little yellow ducks in various places around the ship. The ducks are often decorated and may even have the name of the person who hid the duck. This helps to identify the hider on any social networking pages devoted to such things.
The tradition apparently started in 2018 when a 10-year-old girl by the name of Abby hid ducks on a family holiday to make other passengers smile. As a consequence, today, 13th January is known as National Rubber Ducky Day in the USA.

By the way… I have yet to find one…
