Hi all

I am also originally from Liverpool but have live in St Helens for the last 30 odd years. I started researching the family tree about 15 years ago after the death of my mother. My family had questions about both sides of the family and we wanted to know if they were fact or not. Most I have been able to clarify one way or the other but still have a couple of 'brickwalls' that are constantly eluding me.

I do know it well. My in-laws live off Bishop Road. Are you talking about Mr Chan's by any chance?
