William Henry Osborne born Illogan 1854

Cornish to the Core
This is one fellow who I have trouble finding after he left Cornwall.
William was a son of William Osborne and Jane Penglaze/Penglase.
The last he is seen is in the 1871 census Piece: RG10/2321 Place: Illogan Cornwall Enumeration District: 11Civil Parish: Illogan Ecclesiastical Parish: -Folio: 30 Page: 19 Schedule: 100 Address: Old Workhouse., a miner.
A solicitors letter from the 1940s that I found had them looking for off spring of William H and his brother Samuel Bap 1857 in the US.
I believe that I found Samuel had died in Gympie,Australia in 1896, but I have never found William anywhere.
It will be nice if I could solve the mystery.
I presume the solicitors found something because the terms of the will were carried.

Could this be him, named as Henry in the 1881 census, a lead miner, at home with his mother Jane.

RG11, Piece number 2309, Folio 98, Page 11

Forget that one, not him.

Another one bites the dust.
