Winnifred Quilter Death Cert

I received a copy of this certificate, can anyone please read the cause of death, I was told Winnifred died from Breast cancer
but it does look like some kind of heart failure although further down does look like Carciou something.

I see it as:
a. Heart failure
b. Involvement of heart in malign. process
c. Carcinomatosis. (Not 100% sure on this one).

Thank you sis,makes sense now, Carcinomatosis is when cells from a primary cancer spread to form many tumours throughout the body or to a large area of the body,so poor Winnifred had breast cancer and it spread throughout her system, I'm guessing it was too much for her heart,hence the failure,maybe a blessing in disguise.
This cert is one added to a batch I have, I need to prove to the records "officer" of the Addenbrook hospital my connection to her to get records of her nursing training, I'm realy hoping there might be a photo attached, when she died her husband threw out everything to do with her,every photo etc, one of her sons is still alive and doesn't know what she looked like.
